Coaching

In today’s complex and fast moving world, filled with pressure and high expectations, it can be difficult to find the time to make the most of every opportunity in work and life, perform at your best, and be happy to boot. Every day, the demand for results increases along with the pressure to be everything to everyone.

Coaching can help.  Coaching creates the time and space for you to reflect, gain perspective, learn and develop.

A process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be successful, a coach requires a knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills, and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which coaching takes place'.

One-to-One Coaching

These one-to-one sessions are normally held in a location convenient for client and coach.  Examples of venues are; parks, national trust grounds, reservoirs and woodlands

We begin with a free chemistry session to ensure that the coach is a good fit for you and your needs.

  • Booked as a set of 6 sessions lasting 60 - 90 minutes.

  • Our style is Relational and Person Centred, based in the Humanistic school of psychology.

  • We take a flexible, tailored approach to meet your needs.

  • We can offer psychometrics and 360’s if appropriate.

  • We also offer half or full day hikes in the National Parks.

If there is a key stakeholder that needs to be involved in the coaching contract, we are delighted to work with you and them to agree focus areas and measures if appropriate. We all have many roles in life; businessperson, parent, partner.  We coach the whole person, not just one aspect.

Your coach will walk beside you while together, you explore the areas that are important to you.

I really enjoyed being coached outside; it made the whole thing more relaxing, and somehow easier to reflect and think about things (I find being outside does that). It was also easier to focus on what we were talking about; being in an office can be distracting. Additionally, there was less concern about being over-heard. It felt more private.

I found it easier to think and to talk freely and easier to focus.
